Water Fest

May in McDowell County means a Water Festival for all 4th grade students. Working with Reconnecting McDowell, WV Department of Environmental Protection, McDowell County Schools and others, Friends of the Tug Fork River helps run this event where students work through a series of educational stations learning about water and watersheds.
